Ingressing minds and broken window theory

My friend's kid asked why there were so many stickers on an electrical box, but not anywhere else we could see.

Presumably it's something like broken window theory.

If ingressing minds is a thing, how does this relate to broken window theory?

Once instantiated in a particular location, do patterns have better ability to replicate?

If so, what benefit? Where does it stop? Are anti-patterns at play to protect/stop/reverse over population of particular patterns?
